Dear Friend:
Welcome to WSPA! Allow me to be the first to thank you for signing the Animals Matter petition, which urges the United Nations to adopt a Universal Declaration on Animal Welfare (UDAW). You have joined the over 1 million people who have already signed the petition to let the world know that animals matter to them.

This campaign has already had a significant impact around the world. The Philippines enacted an ordinance on animal welfare inspired by UDAW, and Costa Rica has included the concept of a Universal Declaration in its "Peace for Nature" initiative.

How can you become more involved?
Spread the word - ask your family, friends, colleagues, and anyone else you know who cares about animals to sign the Animals Matter petition.

Visit our website - check out WSPA's website to get the latest breaking animal welfare news and to learn more about WSPA's campaigns and how you can get involved.

Thank you again for your support and welcome to the WSPA family! I look forward to working together to save the lives of even more animals around the world.
On behalf of the animals,
