Project Sapphire "High Spirits" Update

Welcome to Joe Polivick as a new supporter of the Friendship Support Project and Network. He has recently returned from some grueling and tortuous work rescuing pets in the New Orleans area, magnified in horror by gov neglect. Conditions, he says, were nightmarish.
