Joyful Announcement of Love

Dearest Friends of Humanity, Friends of the Heart,

As you know already, Love Ministries has been directed to start the Love Ministries Federation. Frankly, this work has entailed some rather discouraging efforts, and so, as of 040109, we put a temporary stop to it; gathering donations has been like pulling teeth-- without an anesthetic! The responses of our friends has been lukewarm at best, and cool at worst.(:

But we have never claimed to be "in charge" of Love Ministries. We are not. The One, the Supreme, the Ultimate, the Lovegod(dess) is in charge of Love Ministries, and today (041909), she directed that we once again try to elicit support for the poorest people in the world. To stand by and let God's children-- our sisters and brothers-- drop dead from starvation, because we are fearfully clinging to our dollars, guarantees a future life of dire and extreme poverty.

Besides, Sophia, the Goddess of Love, wants these people to be aided; and she wants you and me to do this.

So, Love Ministries USA is again open to striving to gather a few dollars to aid our strugglling and starving friends-- the poorest people in the world. Please allow the Light of Love to penetrate your heartmind in a practical way, and donate what you can; we are accepting, as before, donations of as small as three dollars. It is not just the quantity that counts, but the Lovexpression.

So, won't you please, today, support Love Ministries of India, Love Ministries of Kenya, Love Ministries of Pakistan, Love Ministries of Rwanda, Love Ministries of Sierra Leone, and Love Ministries of Uganda? The poor orphans of these countries are literally dying to hear from you!

The Poorest People in the World

Today, 102908, wed, we are delighted to report that, during the last two days, we sent your donations to orphans around the world. Specifically, we sent $84 to each of the following:

Love Ministries of India
Love Ministries of Kenya
Love Ministries of Pakistan
Love Ministries of Rwanda
Love Ministries of Sierra Leone
and
Love Ministries of Uganda.

That is six ministries who care for orphans. (6 x $84= $504.) We also plan to send some copies of the book Kami and Kamu, our children's book, later, as gifts for these children.

Thank you, dear friends, for giving to these extremely needy, helpless, and hopeless children, who have had everything taken from them by greed, war, and commercialism. You have helped to restore hope to them, and have guaranteed a most excellent karmic merit for yourselves.

The Poorest People in the World

Dearest Friends of the Heart,

Through a visiondream, the Spirit of Love has guided that we take up a fourth collection for the poorest people on the planet. Our Love Ministries Federation, which cares for these destitute and hopeless, hapless orphans, who have had everything taken from them, including families, by the horrors of commercialism, greed, and war, must care for these abandoned people. They are arguably the "least" of the "brothers of Christ" on this planet, so whatever we do for them, we do for the
Christ, or Holy Spirit of Love.

So far, in this collection, we have gathered only a pittance. Please remember that, for the price of one fast-food meal, or one electronic game, or one cd, which you might buy for an American child who already has (and is bored with) several electronic games, and several cd's, you can make the difference between life and death for another sacred human being. There is no better way to love, or to "worship" our sweet Lord of Love! So, please donate today!

Love Ministries and Donations

*******

Love Ministries, as its name indicates, has one guiding motive and incentive, and that is Love or compassion. We exist for no other reason than to teach and to make known the Way of Love.

That is why we insist that the Ministries are not a "business." We never want to, refuse to, reduce the work to a mere "business." It is not commercial, and Love is not a commercial "commodity." We hate to collect money, and do not like even or ever mentioning it.

But a reasonable perspective tells us that money is a part of this illusion-world. It is necessary to get things done, and especially, to help the poorest people in the world.

So, please do not mistake the fact that we almost never ask for money to be disinterest, apathy, or complacency. We are interested, compellingly so, in anything that can help our sisters and brothers. Our work with the most poverty-stricken people, in the most desolated countries, demands that we send them donations from time to time to do their fine work with orphans. Love Ministries does not usually ask for funds, and we do not like to do this. But, from time to time, we will be reminding our friends, students, clients, and neighbors of needs that include donations, which we vow to use to educate and to aid the poor. No one at Love Ministries has any kind of remuneration; we pay no salaries, and all our work is purely voluntary; both our time and our work are given freely, out of Love for people and other creatures.

We remain open, dear friends, to any ideas or suggestions that you might have about fund-raising, as we have virtually no experience in this area. Please never confuse us with so-called "ministries" which are nothing but money-making businesses, with salaried workers, building-rental, and paid telephone-solicitors. We are a small ministry, and have none of this overhead. And we plan to keep things supersmall and supersimple, while at the same time, reaching out the hand of Love and cooperation with our sisters and brothers all over the world.
