Messages to the "Universal Love Digest" (uld)

When we first started the uld ("Universal Love Digest"), it was a completely open forum to which any nut, fanatic, or preacher could send absolutely any message in the world! We received, for example, a lot of stuff damning political parties, predicting the "end of the world," some trying to prove that Christian Science was the "world's only 'right' religion," some recommending the worship of extraterrestrials or "ghosts," and other nonspiritual, even antispiritual, stuff. Some passionately advocated exclusive cults-- excluding all outside their cults. Some of it was even harmful.

So, now it has been arranged that all submissions to the uld pass by this desk at Love Ministries first, as a protective preventative. And, as you know, the uld has a different email address than we (Adamaria and I).

But all of us-- all the readers of the uld-- always appreciate your kind and supportive messages. Anything that is written to uplift, and that contains no "secrets" (private information) or dogmatism might be published, but only if it is made clear that the writer wants to publish it! It is, and never will be, our inclination or intention to publish anything personal., .

But if you do not want any note to end up in the uld, please do not send it to: elovefamily@yahoogroups.com.

Two e-magazines

No, we no longer do the radioshow, and, at times, it is really missed with passion! But we are writing these days virtually nonstop, with over twenty books published, and seven more "waiting in the wings," for selfpublication can get very expensive, and we never charge for any of our spiritual work-- teaching, advising, lectures, seminars, working with clients, students, and friends. We are supported entirely by voluntary Love-donations. The great Tao has provided up until now, and will continue to make our work possible as long as it is needed; and, right at the moment, our poor little planet is "starving" for good spirituality, although we have loads of religion!:) Btw, we have two ezines: One is the uld ("Universal Love Digest"), and it comes out about two or three times a week; each issue contains from one to five articles, each of which is from one to five paragraphs; it's a quick read. Then, we have Lovelight magazine, of about twenty pages. It comes out once a month, and contains personal philosophy, humor, practical tips, and wordplay.

All that you send is always deeply appreciated. Like everything else in this life, it is enfolded into our learning/education program. But I need to tell you that this audiocyberdevice (talking computer) is rather clumsy in operation, even "user hostile"! So, I cannot check attachments or forwards. I have, unfortunately, access only to the body of an email-- which can be, and is, read without difficulty.

That is why it is so much better to send anything of particular interest to the elovefamily directly in the body of an email, and not as an "attachment," or "forward." For these are inaccessible to me, and must be checked only later, with Adamaria's most kind assistance.

Astropsychology, Jesus, and Spiritual Emags

Your questions are very important.

The Christian Scriptures do not say anything about astrology except for the birth of Jesus, when the magi or astrologer-priests knew about the birth of Jesus. They were guided by an angel, and obeyed the voice of the angel. If they had been "servants of satan," they would not have been protected and guided by an angel, and they would not have brought gifts too the newborn Jesus. So, they were friendly to God, and God was friendly towards them.

True, in the ancient laws of Israel, there were some laws against astrology. But those laws were in the same area of the Bible that talks about animal-sacrifices and a dozen other Jewish laws. Since we are liberated people, the people of Love, and not Jews, we are under no obligation to obey the ancient laws of Israel. As Paul said in Galatians, we have been "liberated from the Law."

Astrology does not teach that there is a certain star that represents a certain person. It teaches that, in our Souls, we have all a life-plan, and that we can learn much about ourselves through the study of astrology and psychology-- a study called "astropsychology." I have studied this for many years. There is nothing "evil" in it.

Agreed: Jesus had no religion. The Jews saw him as a dangerous enemy, and murdered him. He was not a religious Jew. He also was not a "Christian," since this word was not created until after his death.

We publish two magazines on the net:

The first is an infosheet, containing about one to five articles, of one to five paragraphs, about spiritual matters. It is called the "Universal Love Digest" (uld), and we will be happy to send it to you, free. It comes out about every two or three days.

Our second emagazine is about twenty pages long. It is called Lovelight magazine, and comes out once a month. Starting in June, we will add your name to our free subscription-list.

A quick note to welcome you to our "efamily." Our extended family contains people of all backgrounds and faiths. We are united by a desire to improve our world through personal transformation, healing the planet through personal healing and personal education. One of our important efforts is the "Universal Love Digest," an infosheet that we produce two or three times a week. This contains from one to five messages, of one to five paragraphs in length. These are thoughts about how we can improve life spiritually. Usually, these messages concern spirituality rather than religion. For we have found that religion is not always helpful, but positive spirituality is. Good and effective spirituality always contains something of compassion, or a call to action. The uld ("Universal Love Digest") is a free service that we provide to our subscribers as an aid to our readers. Our Poor Little Planet

Usually, it is only the "school of hard knocks" that truly educates us, especially in the human arts, such as compassion, understanding, and forgiveness.

We at Love Ministries must share your skepticism re organized religion. We do not find a wealth of goodness or Love within the stricter, more humorless forms of religion. We believe that people do not even need religion. We need spirituality. Ours is a poor planet overflowing with religion, but we have so little spirituality that this earth is all but a spiritual desert.

It is the purpose of Love Ministries, through Lovelight magazine, the "Universal Love Digest," several books, and other channels, to share with all people the message that hope does indeed exist. But it lies in the desire and decision of each of us to surrender to the higher Mind of Love, deep within us all.
